Our hiring process involves three steps. We intentionally do this to determine how serious each Mortgage Consultant Candidate is about working with us. Working independently requires much dedication, commitment and self motivation and we like to see those qualities in our employment candidates even during the hiring phase.
The three steps of the hiring process are as follows:
- Step 1 - Employment Application Form, Updated Resume & Prospect Questionnaire should be emailed to jharris@1ststeponline.com or faxed to (240) 681-2093. Required forms will be emailed to candidates upon request. Simply contact us at jharris@1ststeponline.com.
- Step 2 - Upon satisfactory review of items submitted during Step 1, candidates will be instructed to complete the Online Mortgage Examination. Candidates will have 72 hours to complete after receiving email with detailed instructions.
- Step 3 - Upon satisfactory completion of Step 2, an Online Employment Interview Invitation will be sent to all qualified candidates. Candidates will have 72 hours to complete after receiving email with detailed instructions
After all three steps of Interview Process are completed, a hiring decision will be made and selected candidates will receive an Offer Letter via email. Thank you for considering 1st Step Financial Services, Inc.
